Please read regarding our upcoming race days/track maintenance.

On behalf of the Committee;
With most of our members/committee attending the Canberra Round of the Proline Series this weekend, we obviously will not have the hands/time to repair our track.

We have a race day scheduled the the 14th of this month. This will need to be rescheduled. Canberra have been kind enough to offer to reschedule their club day on the 28th to allow us to run if needed.

This leaves us with the weekend of the 13th/14th of this month, or the Easter long weekend to undertake major track repairs. The Club is happy to hire out the Bobcat/Roller for either of these weekends providing we have enough people there each day to do the work. 

There has also been talk about changing the track layout and this can be discussed if we get the hands to help.
Obviously we do not expect the same people there each day, but we will require a minimum of 5 people each day to get the work done.

Please see our Facebook page to vote on the weekend that suits you best to help if you can. Whatever option (if any) works best for the most people will be chosen.

If we do not get sufficient people to help the track will stay as it is and no events will be run until a maintenance weekend with enough people can be organised.
